Cut-Off Blades should always be used sharp.  Dull blades cause excessive heat.  When this occurs, blades anneal and become brittle, dangerous and chip out.  It is also important to only use blades on machines specifically designed to cut hydraulic hose.  Do not use or install blades on any machines not suited for this application.

We offer a re-sharpening service for all blades that we have supplied.

Your blades should be securely packaged and returned to our facility with a purchase order.  Be sure to include specific return instructions and contact information.  A member of our customer service will contact you for your payment information once an item has been received and inspected for re-sharpening.  Blades that are received but cannot be re-sharpened will be returned at the customers expense or discarded at their instruction.
